Therapy is a collaborative journey. My integrative approach explores your experiences from multiple angles. Psychodynamic work helps us understand how past experiences shape your present, CBT guides us in identifying and changing unhelpful patterns, and DBT provides tools to manage emotions and build balance. Our work is always tailored to you, sometimes emphasizing one approach more than others depending on your goals and needs.
